Делала я их на заказ, 800р за пару, меньше чем за сутки. Начала в первом часу ночи, отдавала около 16:00. Я думала что они хреновые, пока два года спустя не увидела на человеке такое, что и крафтом-то назвать стыдно...

1) Выкройка из пенки. Она же туристический коврик, коврик для йоги и т.п. Думаю, сгодится и не очень тонкий изолон.
Чётких инструкций, как правильно сделать подобную выкройку, дать я не могу - сама делала методом проб и ошибок, правильно вышло с третьего раза. Спасибо наличию опыта в шитье и пространственному воображению.
Потом я уже узнала про программу "Pepakura designer" и десятки сайтов и форумов, где можно найти готовые развёртки если не точно того, что тебе нужно, то чего-то весьма похожего.
2) Склеиваем выкройку и получаем предварительную основу.
Пенка часто с одной стороны гладкая, а с другой в шашечку, так вот шашечки должны оказаться с вокнутой стороны.
На этом этапе ещё можно успеть уловить косяки, где-то подрезать и подклеить.
3) Закрепляем форму бумажным скотчем.
Тут важно обклеивать маленькими кусочками, чтобы не было складок. Два-три слоя достаточно.
Для тех, кто не в теме: если согнуть кусочек пенки и на вогнутую часть наклеить скотч, то пенка чудесным образом останется в этой согнутой форме. И это от всего одного слоя, а 2-3 слоя с двух сторон закрепляют форму уже очень и очень прочно. Попробуйте, это весело!)))
Внимание! Покупая бумажный скотч, следите, чтобы на нём не было написано "армированный" - такой скотч практически не прилипает сам на себя.
4) Грунтовка.
Собственно, почему нужен именно бумажный скотч: на гладкий нифига сверху не ляжет. На бумажный шпаклёвка тоже не очень хорошо ложится, да и он может сильно размокнуть, поэтому предварительно рекомендую загрунтовать клеем ПВА.
Внимание! На этом этапе ещё не поздно подумать про крепления!
Я, не зная, что на эту тему думает заказчик, просто прошила в нескольких местах насквозь проволокой, оставив концы торчать вовнутрь.
5) Шпаклёвка.
Наносим шпаклёвку, желательно минимальным слоем. Достаточно только на внешнюю сторону и на внутреннюю часть "стоечки", которая будет точно видна.
Мы с сист всю жизнь пользуемся сухой шпаклёвкой, разводим её как нам удобно.
Оставляем высохнуть.
6) Отшкурить!
Когда шпаклёвка высохнет, берём средней зернистости наждачку и шкурим, пока не станет гладко. Главное не переусердствовать и начать протирать до скотча))))
7) Закрепляем шпаклёвку.

Как следует отряхните отшкуренную поверхность от пыли и нанесите 2-3 слоя ПВА, давая просохнуть.
8) Бортик.
3D-контуром рисуем линию на небольшом отступе от края.
Дальше перед покраской у вас два пути: финально ровнять эпоксидкой, или доводить шпаклёвкой и ПВА. Для второго случая вам достаточно повторно зашпаклевать мелкие неровности, которые вас не устраивают и финально покрывать ПВА до тех пор, пока поверхность не приобретёт лёгкий глянец. Иногда достаточно 4 слоя, иногда 7.
Или вы можете поступить так:
8) Финальная заливка эпоксидкой.
Разводите эпоксидку, берёте самую дешёвую малярную кисточку и тщательно намазываете эпоксидку на наплечник. Не жмотитесь, не оставляйте дыр. Лучше намазать больше и оно стечёт.
9) Покраска.
Тут, кстати, покрашено не моим любимым хромом, а краской для декоративных работ цвета "тёмная сталь" или вроде того. Но тут есть и хитрость, моя любимая: использование красок разных оттенков. После заливки основным цветом, я ещё добавила едва заметных неравномерностей краской той же марки, но на два тона темнее. Это не бросается в глаза, но значительно меняет впечатление.
В данном случае нет резких впадин и выступов, но когда они есть, я люблю дополнительно затемнять впадины и высветлять выступы - уже вручную, кисточкой. Но это уже отдельная тема, для мастер-класса по покраске)
Ещё хитрость: ПВА и шпаклёвку можно сушить тёплым феном, таким образом можно сократить время высыхания от 3-4 часов до 20 минут. В холодное время горячим феном можно прогревать и застывающую эпоксидку, раз в 10 минут, это тоже заметно ускоряет процесс (я так однажды добилась состояния "можно работать дальше" уже через 2 часа).

“Tiger numbers in Malaysia have been going down, down, down, at an alarming rate,” says Rondeau. In the 1950s, Malaysia had around 3,000 tigers, but a combination of habitat loss, a decline in prey, and poaching decimated the population. The Malayan tiger is a subspecies native to Peninsular Malaysia, and it’s the smallest of the tiger subspecies in Southeast Asia.
“We are in this moment where, if things suddenly go bad, in five years the Malayan tiger could be a figure of the past, and it goes into the history books,” Rondeau adds.
Determined not to let that happen, Rondeau joined forces with WWF-Malaysia last year to profile the elusive big cat and put a face to the nation’s conservation work.
It took 12 weeks of preparations, eight cameras, 300 pounds of equipment, five months of patient photography and countless miles trekked through the 117,500-hectare Royal Belum State Park… but finally, in November, Rondeau got the shot that he hopes can inspire the next generation of conservationists.
